If you need support because you have found a bug, or something is not working properly, please submit a Bug Report in our Bug Tracker.


Please make sure you provide us as many details as possible, such as:

  • Operating System
  • Game version
  • FMRTE or FMKE version
  • Description of the problem with a step-by-step guide about how to reproduce it
  • Attach the FMRTE/FMKE error.log file
